    The ST11 Series of drive controllers has a Low Level Formatter utility built into the BIOS. It is accessed by using the DOS Debug command with an offset of 5, as in...

    -g=c8000:5 <enter>

    ...Where c8000 is the chosen BIOS Address. Also, when used in an AT-class computer, "no drive installed" should be set for the CMOS drive settings.
