    The TMC-850M Series Host Adapters require a software Low Level Formatter program. Future Domain shipped it's "Disk Maestro" SCSI Utilities with these Host Adapters. The TMC-850 "M" series features an external 25-pin SCSI connector with an Apple compatible pinout.
